Our story
Counsellor Sayed Mahmoud Farghaly graduated in law from Ain Shams University in May 1977 and joined the Egyptian Bar Association that October. The firm dates its founding to that year, and he has practised from his own office since 1981.
His sons, Counsellor Mahmoud Sayed Farghaly and Counsellor Ahmed Sayed Farghaly, are advocates before the Courts of Appeal. They work alongside a team of capable lawyers who cover every main branch of law.
Before every court in Egypt
Our founder is admitted before Egypt's Court of Cassation, the Supreme Constitutional Court and the Economic Courts. A case that starts at first instance can stay with the same firm through appeal and, where the law allows, to the Court of Cassation.
Egypt and the Gulf
Since 1998 the firm has given legal consultations and prepared legal studies on a regular basis for clients in Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Lebanon and Morocco.
Our offices in Kuwait and Dubai serve clients there. Egyptian matters for clients who live in the Gulf are run from Cairo, so one firm follows the file from start to finish.

The right legal advice helps you make better decisions
Whether you are founding a company, signing a major contract, dividing an estate, facing a criminal charge or taking a case to appeal, the decisions you make today shape what comes next.
That is why we do more than draft documents or answer legal questions. We help you weigh your options, understand the risks and make an informed decision.
Sometimes the best legal advice is not how to win a dispute. It is how to avoid one.
We take the time to understand your situation, explain your options in plain Arabic or English, and recommend practical solutions aligned with your long-term interests.
