Counsellor Sayed Mahmoud Farghaly

Why I started Al-Amthal

I opened my own practice in Cairo because I believed clients deserved counsel who explain the law plainly and stand with them at every stage, up to the highest courts. More than five decades later, I believe that just as strongly today.

Too often, clients receive legal answers without the practical context they need to decide what to do next.

Good legal advice does not only win cases. It helps you avoid the next one.

Our mission has been simple: help companies and families make sound decisions, and defend them with full commitment when a dispute comes.

Our approach

The right legal advice helps you make better decisions

Whether you are founding a company, signing a major contract, dividing an estate, facing a criminal charge or taking a case to appeal, the decisions you make today shape what comes next.

That is why we do more than draft documents or answer legal questions. We help you weigh your options, understand the risks and make an informed decision.

Sometimes the best legal advice is not how to win a dispute. It is how to avoid one.

We take the time to understand your situation, explain your options in plain Arabic or English, and recommend practical solutions aligned with your long-term interests.
